Surplus Solutions, an NMS Capital portfolio company, announced the acquisition of DCM BioServices, a Frederick, Maryland provider of laboratory automation maintenance, repair, technical support, and integration solutions. The deal is intended to expand Surplus Solutions’ technical service capabilities and support growth in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life sciences sectors. Terms were not disclosed.
