Susquehanna Private Capital (SPC) has completed an investment to acquire Spherix Global Insights, a pharmaceutical market insights firm headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania. Monroe Capital supported the transaction as sole lead arranger on a senior credit facility and provided equity capital to support the deal and future growth.
