Sycamore Partners Acquires CareCentrix (Carve-out from Walgreens Boots Alliance)

Sycamore Partners has acquired CareCentrix, which will operate as a private standalone company following the closing. The acquisition is in partnership with Stefano Pessina and his family (who reinvested 100% of their interests); CareCentrix will continue to be led by CEO Steve Horowitz and management as it focuses on home-centered, value-based care.
