Taxually, a European cloud-native VAT software provider, has acquired LumaTax, a U.S.-based sales and use tax automation provider. The deal enables Taxually to enter the U.S. SUT market, expand its indirect tax product suite for enterprise and e-commerce clients, and combine engineering and tax expertise across both platforms.
