Dark Horse Consulting Group (DHC), a WestView Capital Partners–backed consulting platform, has acquired BioTechLogic, Inc., a CMC, manufacturing, quality and regulatory consulting firm serving biopharma and advanced therapies. The deal combines BioTechLogic's hands-on technical operations expertise with DHC's strategic CGT capabilities to expand service offerings across biologics, vaccines and cell & gene therapy clients.
