TCP Analytical (Riverarch Portfolio) Acquires Alconox Inc.

TCP Analytical Holdings, a portfolio company of Riverarch Equity Partners, has acquired Alconox Inc., a White Plains, New York–based supplier of aqueous detergents used across medical device, pharmaceutical, laboratory and foodservice end markets. BellMark Partners advised Alconox on the transaction; the acquisition is an add-on to TCP Analytical’s specialty chemicals and consumables platform to broaden product capabilities and end-market coverage.
