Technisys, the Miami-based provider of the Cyberbank core and digital banking platform, has acquired Kona, a Uruguay-based conversational AI fintech specialist. The acquisition integrates Kona's conversational AI and chatbot capabilities into Technisys's platform to expand digital banking functionality and improve customer engagement for financial institutions across the Americas.
