TekStream Acquires ImagineX Cybersecurity Business

TekStream announced it has acquired the cybersecurity business of ImagineX, bringing together cyber strategy/advisory, vCISO, GRC, CTEM, and IAM with TekStream’s Managed Detection and Response (MDR) capabilities. The deal is intended to create a unified “digital resilience” operating model that connects board-level governance directly to day-to-day SOC execution. ImagineX will retain its focus on software engineering, data, and AI services and the companies will also maintain a strategic partnership to support each other’s client needs.
