Intragen, an FPE Capital portfolio company, has completed a bolt-on acquisition of the Finland-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) business unit from Telia. The deal substantially expands Intragen’s Finnish footprint—tripling the size of Intragen Finland—and strengthens its IAM capabilities across the Nordics, particularly in the public sector and healthcare markets.

Apax Partners and Warburg Pincus Acquire T-Mobile Netherlands for €5.1bn

Funds advised by Apax Partners and Warburg Pincus have agreed to acquire T-Mobile Netherlands Holding B.V. from Deutsche Telekom AG and Tele2 AB in a deal valuing the company at an enterprise value of €5.1 billion. Under the new ownership, T-Mobile Netherlands will become an independent Dutch company and the buyers plan to support management in accelerating network and fibre-to-the-home growth while continuing to expand its consumer and fixed-broadband customer base.

Spectral Capital Corporation Acquires Telvantis Voice Services, Inc.

Spectral Capital Corporation completed the acquisition of Telvantis Voice Services, Inc., effective December 31, 2025, in an all‑stock transaction (1,500,000 shares issued at closing plus up to 8,500,000 earn‑out shares tied to 2026 performance). Telvantis Voice, an enterprise-grade voice, routing and communications infrastructure platform, will be consolidated into Spectral's results as part of Spectral's strategy to assemble digital infrastructure businesses and pursue $450 million in profitable revenue in 2026.

Viaplay Group Acquires Remaining 50% Stake in Allente Group

Viaplay Group, through a wholly owned subsidiary, agreed to acquire Telenor Communication II’s remaining 50% stake in Allente Group for SEK 1.1 billion, becoming the sole owner of Allente. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals and financing conditions for a new SEK 1,726 million term loan facility.

DigitalBridge to Acquire Telenet's Mobile Telecommunications Tower Business in Belgium

DigitalBridge Investments, LLC (an affiliate of DigitalBridge Group) has agreed to acquire Telenet Group Holding NV’s mobile telecommunications tower business (“TowerCo”) for €745 million (cash-free, debt-free). The deal will create Belgium’s first independent TowerCo, giving DigitalBridge ownership of 100% of Telenet’s tower and passive infrastructure assets, with 3,322 sites nationwide.

NewNet to Acquire Nokia Siemens Networks' WiMAX Business

NewNet Communication Technologies, a Skyview Capital portfolio company, announced plans to acquire the WiMAX business from Nokia Siemens Networks, including the full product portfolio, related employees and assets, and active customer and supplier contracts. Approximately 300 Nokia Siemens Networks employees (many in suburban Chicago, USA and Hangzhou, China) are expected to transfer; the deal was expected to close before December 31, 2011 and terms were not disclosed.
