Goldentree Asset Management became the majority owner of Quorum Health in 2024 as the hospital chain emerged from bankruptcy. Quorum announced plans to shift from a private-equity-backed for-profit structure to a nonprofit model managed by QKA Health Corporation (doing business as Healthside Partners), subject to regulatory approval and expected to be finalized in Fall 2026.

TPG Capital to Acquire Convey Health Solutions in ~$1.1B Deal

TPG Capital, the private equity platform of TPG, announced it will acquire Convey Health Solutions Holdings in a definitive merger agreement valued at approximately $1.1 billion. Under the terms, TPG Capital will buy all shares not already owned by it or certain management and director shareholders for $10.50 per share in cash, with closing expected in the second half of 2022.

ScionHealth Acquires Cornerstone Healthcare Group

Tenet’s Conifer Health Solutions will continue providing revenue cycle management services post-completion, while Tenet’s USPI ambulatory facilities in these markets remain with Tenet.
