NMS Capital portfolio company Texas Pride Disposal Solutions has acquired Basin Disposal, Inc., a 20+ year residential, commercial and roll-off waste services provider headquartered in Odessa, Texas. The add-on strengthens Texas Pride's footprint in West Texas and expands its residential and commercial service offerings in the Permian Basin region; terms were not disclosed.
