The deal — GMG's first acquisition — will relaunch Coveteur under GMG's portfolio (terms undisclosed) with an emphasis on video, shopping, and social storytelling and sponsorships from Rabanne, Don Julio and Amazon.

Playfly Sports Acquires Paragon Marketing Group
