The Care Team (TCT), a Revelstoke Capital Partners portfolio company, completed the acquisition of 1st Care Home Health and Care Hospice, regional providers based in Carmel, Indiana. The transaction (terms not disclosed) expands TCT's hospice and home health footprint into Indiana; select 1st Care leadership, including founder Hari Nagireddy, will continue in management roles.
