The Care Team, a Revelstoke Capital Partners portfolio company based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, has acquired Arcadia Hospice of SEPA, a hospice provider based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The add-on acquisition expands The Care Team’s geographic footprint into southeastern Pennsylvania; terms were not disclosed and select Arcadia shareholders will remain in advisory roles.
