The Hilb Group, a Richmond, Virginia-based insurance brokerage and portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, acquired Towson, Maryland-based Vinton Insurance Services effective November 1, 2022. Vinton will join Hunt Valley-based PSA Insurance & Financial Services (a Hilb Group agency) as part of Hilb Group’s strategy to expand its Mid-Atlantic employee benefits capabilities and client base.
