Validor Capital–backed portfolio company The Marwin Company has acquired SS Industries, a Collegeville, Pennsylvania manufacturer of spiral and straight stairs and barn doors. The deal expands Marwin's building-products offering and adds SS Industries' direct-to-consumer digital marketing and distribution capabilities to the combined multi-channel platform serving new construction and remodeling markets.
