Kian Capital-backed The Purple Guys has acquired Technology Pointe, an Austin- and Dallas-based managed IT services provider. The add-on expands The Purple Guys' footprint into Texas, adds scale and capabilities to its managed IT solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, and brings roughly 20 Technology Pointe employees into the platform.
