The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm, has completed an investment in the parent company of Impact XM, a full-service experiential marketing and event production agency. Riverside said the partnership will accelerate Impact XM’s domestic and international growth and expand its capabilities across live events, corporate activations and brand experiences.
