Thryv Holdings Acquires Keap (Infusion Software)

Thryv Holdings, Inc. has completed its previously announced acquisition of Infusion Software, Inc. (Keap) for $80 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments. The deal expands Thryv’s SMB SaaS suite by adding Keap’s CRM and marketing automation capabilities and AI-powered marketing tools, while extending Thryv’s geographic and partner-channel reach.
