Tide Rock / Triad Service Solutions Acquires Central Midlands Cleaning

Tide Rock, through its portfolio company Triad Service Solutions, has acquired Central Midlands Cleaning, a family-owned commercial cleaning and disinfection services provider based in Columbia, South Carolina. The acquisition brings Central Midlands into Triad's national platform to expand disinfection and janitorial capabilities and broaden geographic reach; founder Bryan Tuberville will work with Triad's CEO to transition the business.
