TIDI Products LLC, a Neenah, Wisconsin-based manufacturer of single-use infection prevention and patient-care products, has acquired Timely Medical Innovations, LLC of Carlsbad, California. The acquisition adds Timely Medical’s disposable optical‑grade eye and facial protection products to TIDI’s PPE portfolio to complement its P2 facemask offering and broaden its acute-care and healthcare product lineup.
