Titanium Transportation Group Acquires Crane Transport (Oakwood, GA)

Titanium Transportation Group (TSX:TTNM) acquired the assets and equipment of Crane Transport of Oakwood, Georgia, in a transaction valued at US$53 million plus US$6 million for real estate. The acquisition adds roughly 200 trucks, two terminals in Georgia and Alabama, and about US$60 million of annual revenue, accelerating Titanium’s U.S. expansion and bolstering its Southeast freight capacity.

Lumine Group to Acquire Titanium Software Holdings Inc

Titanium provides signaling, routing, subscriber data management, and security platforms for telecommunications and government organizations. ITS, founded in 1986 and based in Belleville, Ontario, generates about $80 million in annual revenue, operates ~330 power units and 1,600 trailers, and employs roughly 470 people; the deal expands Titanium's scale and geographic coverage across southern Ontario, Quebec and the United States.
