TMA (Main Capital-backed) Acquires DecisionWise

TMA, a Main Capital Partners-backed Dutch talent management software company, has acquired DecisionWise, a U.S.-based provider of cloud-based employee feedback, engagement and 360-degree feedback solutions. The deal creates a cross-Atlantic talent management player, expanding TMA’s product offering and North American presence while combining complementary employee experience and talent management capabilities.
