Top Gun Facility Services, a portfolio company of Osceola Capital, has acquired Emerald Isle Landscaping, expanding Top Gun's service offering into commercial landscaping across the Colorado market. The deal is the fourth add-on to the Top Gun platform since Osceola's partnership and the second in 2021; Three Point Group advised the sellers.
