Trace3 entered into a definitive agreement to purchase LaSalle Solutions, a business division of Fifth Third Bank, to expand Trace3’s technology solutions portfolio and national footprint. The deal is expected to close in April 2022 and will combine LaSalle’s IT lifecycle management platform (LAMP) with Trace3’s capabilities across cloud, data intelligence, security, and enterprise IT services.
