Norwegian to Acquire Nordic Leisure Travel Group to Create Integrated Nordic Travel Company

Norwegian has entered into an agreement to acquire Nordic Leisure Travel Group (NLTG), creating an integrated Nordic travel group combining Norwegian/Widerøe’s air network with NLTG’s leisure travel brands and hotel operations. The deal is valued at approximately SEK 7.94 billion and is targeted to close in the second half of 2026, subject to approvals.

The deal expands SOCOTEC's energy & sustainability capabilities and establishes a stronger presence in the South Florida market for commissioning, energy modeling, LEED and O&M consulting services.

Hippo Acquires Spinnaker Insurance Company

Hippo entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Spinnaker Insurance Company, a national property and casualty insurer rated A- by A.M. Best. The acquisition (pending regulatory approval) brings a licensed carrier into Hippo’s group to expand its geographic reach and underwriting capacity for modern home insurance products across the United States.
