Trella Health has acquired PlayMaker Health to combine Trella's market intelligence and analytics with PlayMaker's mobile-first CRM and EMR referral management capabilities, creating an integrated platform for post-acute providers. The acquisition expands Trella's product capabilities and opens access to adjacent end markets such as home medical equipment (HME) and infusion; Brentwood Capital Advisors served as Trella's financial advisor and Stifel advised PlayMaker.
