Volaris Group announced the acquisition of Interplayers, a Brazil-based technology company focused on serving the health and wellness ecosystem. Interplayers connects pharmacies, clinics, and laboratories across Brazil and impacts over 50 million patients annually, and will join Volaris’ international ecosystem as an independent business unit.
