Trivest Partners has made a growth investment in Applied Value Group, a New York–headquartered management consulting firm specializing in cost and capital efficiency improvements. The capital will be used to scale Applied Value's offerings, broaden capabilities, expand its reach (notably in North America and the Nordics), pursue targeted add-on acquisitions, and attract talent; terms were not disclosed.

Trive Capital & BayLink Capital Form Veltris by Combining Wavelabs and West Agile Labs

Veltris, headquartered in San Francisco, will offer Data & AI, Engineering R&D and Digital Product Engineering services and will pursue growth through organic initiatives and add-on acquisitions across multiple geographies.

FROM Acquires Algoworks
