Trove Acquires Recurate to Expand Branded Resale Technology

Trove, a branded-resale and trade-in platform, has acquired Recurate to combine Trove's trade-in, returns processing and non-new inventory capabilities with Recurate's peer-to-peer expertise and Shopify integrations. The deal gives Trove control of over 75% of U.S. branded resale traffic and adds 29 brand partners; Recurate's co-founders will join Trove's executive team.
