Trumark Homes announced it is expanding into the Pacific Northwest by acquiring Washington-based homebuilder JK Monarch. The acquisition will add a new Washington Division and bring JK Monarch’s team into Trumark’s organization, with an advisory transition role for founder Jonathan Bartels.
