Truven by Merative Acquires Springbuk

Truven by Merative has acquired Springbuk, a cloud-native health intelligence platform used by employers and benefits advisors. The acquisition integrates Springbuk’s Health Intelligence Platform and Activate Marketplace with Truven’s MarketScan data and Health Insights, adding more than 7,500 small- and mid-market employer customers and expanding Truven’s employer-market capabilities.
