Truvista Fiber has agreed to acquire and take over operations of the City of Commerce, Georgia municipal telecommunications network supporting local businesses. Upon closing, the network will be rebranded and operated as Truvista Fiber, with Truvista upgrading the existing infrastructure and maintaining service continuity for current customers.
