Leonard Green & Partners, L.P. (through investment funds managed by LGP) completed the all-cash acquisition of Mister Car Wash, Inc. in a take-private transaction valued at an implied $3.1 billion enterprise value. LGP acquired the remaining shares not already owned by its affiliates for $7.00 per share, and Mister Car Wash ceased trading and will be delisted from Nasdaq.

Super Star Car Wash Acquires Wave Wash

Super Star Car Wash, a TSG Consumer Partners–backed car wash operator headquartered in Phoenix, has acquired Wave Wash, an eight-location express conveyor car wash operator in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The acquisition expands Super Star's presence in the DFW market to 17 locations and adds Wave Wash's team, facilities and development pipeline; financial terms were not disclosed.

Accelerated Brands Acquires Trademark Car Wash
