TTM Technologies agreed to acquire EPIQ Design Solutions LLC and its subsidiaries (Epiq Solutions) from a Veritas Capital affiliate for $1.1 billion in cash. The transaction closed on September 30, 2026, adding Epiq’s software-defined radios, RF products and space-computing capabilities to TTM’s aerospace and defense portfolio.
