U.S. Dermatology Partners Acquires Helms Dermatology

U.S. Dermatology Partners, a Dallas-based dermatology network, has acquired Helms Dermatology, adding locations in Russellville and Clarksville and marking USDP's first entry into Arkansas. The deal expands U.S. Dermatology Partners' footprint to nine states and gives Helms Dermatology access to USDP's operational infrastructure including managed care, marketing, compliance, clinical research, recruiting, HR and technology.
