Top-30 accounting firm UHY agreed to combine with Michigan CFO Associates (MICFO), a Clinton Township, Michigan provider of fractional CFO and strategic advisory services to entrepreneur-led businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is intended to expand UHY’s client advisory services (CAS) practice by adding CFO-level talent and UHY’s national platform.
