Unifeye Vision Partners (UVP), a physician-led ambulatory surgery center operator, announced a partnership with Brooks Eye Associates, a Plano, Texas ophthalmology practice and surgery center. The transaction was supported by a growth capital/private credit investment from Morgan Stanley Private Credit with participation from PGIM Private Capital to finance the partnership; Waud Capital Partners is UVP's founding investor.
