Uniguest, a portfolio company of Atlantic Street Capital, has acquired MediaStar Systems, a UK-based provider of IPTV and digital signage hardware and software. The add-on acquisition augments Uniguest’s IP video and digital signage capabilities—strengthening its professional AV offering and expanding its solutions for hospitality and other end markets.
