UCB Acquires Candid Therapeutics

AbbVie Acquires Nimble Therapeutics in $200 Million Deal

Merck Acquires OncoImmune

The deal centers on accelerating development of OncoImmune’s CD24Fc for severe and critical COVID-19; non-CD24Fc assets will be spun out into a new company in which Merck will invest $50 million for a minority stake.

BioNTech Acquires Neon Therapeutics
