Univeris (TELEO Capital Portfolio Company) Acquires TechRules

TELEO Capital announced that its portfolio company Univeris has acquired TechRules S.A. and will merge TechRules into the Univeris platform. The deal combines TechRules' front-office wealth management capabilities with Univeris' middle- and back-office functionality to create an end-to-end wealth management SaaS platform and expand Univeris' global footprint, particularly in North America.
