Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Talkspace, Inc. for approximately $835 million (at $5.25 per share). The deal is intended to strengthen UHS’s outpatient and telehealth behavioral health offerings and expand access to mental healthcare, and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026 subject to approvals and customary closing conditions.
