Upwind Acquires Nyx Security

Upwind, a San Francisco–based cloud security platform, has acquired Nyx Security, an embedded application-runtime cybersecurity startup founded in Tel Aviv in 2024. The acquisition brings Nyx's eBPF-based, function-level runtime visibility and Application Detection and Response capabilities into Upwind's platform, enabling unified cloud infrastructure and application-layer runtime protection.
