Tuff Boy Sales, Inc. announced the asset purchase of Sutter Buttes Manufacturing of Gridley, California. The acquisition combines manufacturing capabilities and product lines—SBM's Orchard Cabs, Rice Bankouts, sprayers and field support equipment will continue to be sold through its dealer network while benefiting from expanded geographic reach and improved manufacturing capacity under Tuff Boy.
