Ascend LLC, a dry-van full truckload carrier backed by Wellspring Capital Management, has acquired Dedicated Transportation Solutions (DTS), a Greenville, South Carolina-based dedicated contract carriage and trucking operator. The transaction expands Ascend’s dedicated contract carriage business and increases its southeastern U.S. footprint and network density across the South, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest.

DB Schenker Acquires USA Truck
