Zynga Acquires StarLark (Golf Rival) from Betta Games

Zynga Inc. has closed its acquisition of StarLark (Beijing StarLark Technology Co., Ltd.), the developer of the mobile game Golf Rival, from Betta Games for approximately $525 million in cash and stock. The deal adds the Golf Rival franchise and a China-based development studio to Zynga's portfolio; StarLark will continue to be led by founder Henry You and the existing management team.

DraftKings Acquires Railbird Technologies (and Railbird Exchange)

DraftKings has acquired Railbird Technologies Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Railbird Exchange, a CFTC‑designated, federally licensed exchange, to accelerate the company's entry into regulated prediction markets.
