Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. completed its combination with Zynga Inc., with Zynga stockholders receiving $3.50 in cash and 0.0406 shares of Take-Two common stock per Zynga share. Take-Two said the deal will substantially increase its mobile net bookings, deliver cost synergies, and combine Zynga's mobile and free-to-play expertise with Take-Two's portfolio and studios.
