Cineverse Acquires IndiCue for Up to $40 Million

Cineverse Corp. has acquired IndiCue, a connected TV (CTV) monetization and ad‑tech platform, in a transaction valued at up to $40 million (including $22M base and up to $18M earnouts). IndiCue will be integrated into Cineverse's Matchpoint platform to add end‑to‑end ad monetization and is expected to contribute roughly $38 million in annualized revenue and $9.6 million in EBITDA (CY2026), accelerating Cineverse's transition to recurring technology revenue.
