Degelman Industries LP has acquired Renn Mill Center Inc., a Lacombe, Alberta–based designer and manufacturer of grain processing and grain bag storage systems. The acquisition expands Degelman's product offering and manufacturing footprint, increasing combined headcount to over 500 and preserving RMC's management and dealer relationships.
