The deal, completed by Graphic Village (whose parent is Revitalize Capital), expands Graphic Village's large-format printing capabilities, adds a Midwest location in Indiana and broadens its presence in the restaurant end market.

The move expands Southeastern's end-to-end offering for brand campaigns, kitting, fulfillment and digital storefront services across retail, healthcare and other enterprise customers.

The acquisition, driven in part by owner Mike Gilpin's decision to pursue teaching, will see leadership transition with Shawn Fiske joining as general manager and the business integrated into Canyon Equities' portfolio.
